Capital Reykjavík

You will arrive at Keflavík International Airport with a warm welcome from your expert guide. From here, you will head to Reykjavík, the most northerly capital city in the world.
After check-in at your downtown hotel, you will join your guide for a 2-hour walking tour of the city. Then, the rest of the day is yours. Visit any of Reykjavík’s outstanding restaurants and vibrant and popular bars. There are plenty of museums and other activities, you simply cannot get bored.

After breakfast, your first adventure begins. The Golden Circle is Iceland’s most popular day tour, including three very special locations. You will first head to the national park of Þingvellir, one of Iceland’s UNESCO World Heritage Sites. Then, you will head to a very special greenhouse and enjoy the most popular tomato soup in Iceland.
From here, you will head to the world-famous Geysir, and witness the geothermal eruption of Strokkur, which happens every 5-8 minutes. Finally, it is time to visit Gullfoss, the most famous waterfall in Iceland, before returning to your hotel.

After a buffet breakfast, you will head along Iceland’s dramatic South Coast, where a whole host of treasures awaits. Beginning with the waterfalls of Seljalandsfoss and Skógafoss: Featured in movies and TV shows, these beautiful and iconic features of Iceland’s South Coast are unmissable.
From here, you will head further south, passing the glacier of Sólheimajökull and the volcano of Eyjafjallajökull, you will eventually reach the black sand beach of Reynisfjara. Here, you will witness the raging power of the Atlantic Ocean as it crashes on the beach, adorned by hexagonal, basalt pillars. Then, you will head back to the city for one final evening to enjoy the nightlife.
